How the TikTok integration works
Standard OAuth 2.0 authorization against TikTok's Content Posting API.
OAuth authorization
You authorize VideoFlowManager with your TikTok account through the browser. The
authorization grants the minimum scopes used by the product —
user.info.basic to identify the linked creator, and
video.publish to upload and publish your content directly to your
TikTok account. Access tokens are encrypted at rest before storage.
Direct Post publishing
New videos are uploaded in resumable chunks to your own TikTok account using the official FILE_UPLOAD flow. Privacy is chosen from the options your account actually provides, validated before upload, and the most restrictive option (SELF_ONLY) is the safe default when available. Status is tracked until completion.
