Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VideoFlow service ("VideoFlow", "the Service", "we", "us"), an automation platform that receives a video link, processes it into a vertical 9:16 video, and publishes it to TikTok and YouTube through the official publisher APIs.

1. Use of the Service

VideoFlow is intended for use with content that you own or have permission to republish. By submitting any video link to the Service you agree that you hold the necessary rights to process and publish that content.

2. User Accounts

Where the Service requires an account or the linking of third-party accounts for authorization (including a TikTok or YouTube account via OAuth), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity performed through your authorization. You must only connect accounts to which you have lawful access.

3. User Content

You retain all rights you hold in the videos, audio, and other material you submit. You are solely responsible for the content processed through the Service, including confirming that it does not infringe the rights of any third party and that its publication is lawful.

4. TikTok and YouTube Integration

The Service publishes content to TikTok and YouTube through their official APIs and in accordance with their respective developer and platform policies. Your use of the Service is subject to the applicable terms of those platforms. The Service does not operate a TikTok or YouTube account on your behalf beyond the actions you authorize through OAuth, and it does not grant you any rights in those platforms.

5. OAuth Authorization

Authorizing the Service with a third-party platform grants the Service access via that platform's OAuth flows to the minimum scopes needed to operate. Authorization can typically be revoked at any time from the relevant platform's connected-apps settings. Revoking authorization may prevent publishing through the Service.

6. Your Responsibility for Content

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and rights of everything you submit and publish using VideoFlow. The Service includes technical safeguards (such as SSRF protection and an allowed-host allowlist) but you remain responsible for complying with all applicable laws and platform policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The VideoFlow software and its components are made available under an open-source license. Unless stated otherwise, nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service's software, branding, or documentation to you.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, immediately and without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if continued operation would violate applicable law or the policies of integrated platforms.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every published post will be accepted by integrated platforms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published at this page, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
